The grapes for this beautiful expression of Riesling were grown in the warm pocket of Oliver. With a warm summer, and cooler evenings closer to fall, we let the grapes hang an extra two weeks to allow them to fully ripen for your pleasure. Showing notes of lime, peach and green apple, this is a classically dry Riesling.
