Cancellations or no-shows:
If cancelled with 24 hours or more notice before the booking time, we can either issue a credit for future booking or issue a refund, less a 5% processing fee.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking time, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
No-show with no call/email notice are not eligible for a refund.

As food orders must be placed in advance, we only accept cancellations up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. A 5% processing fee will apply to all cancellations.

For cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding and support.
