The Boneyard Chard grows in a single careen the north facing block of the estate. The grapes received minimal intervention while growing. The style is fruit forward with just a touch of sweetness. Bright and cheerful, this will challenge what you thought you knew about Chardonnay. Fermented in stainless steel with no oak so the varietal shines through. There were 2 ferments that lead to this amazingly exotic wine. It is a beautiful lens through which to view our terroir.
