This fine icewine was produced with 100% Estate Grown Fruits. Our family vineyard is cultivated organically. Honey, dulce de leche, apricot, nectarine, peach and apple pie with vanilla ice cream a hint of lemon on the nose. A viscous nectar. Fermented in new French oak and Estate Bottled in Okanagan Valley, British Columbia.
"Wonderful old gold colour, very bright and striking, with layer very dense. Very complex nose, jams of tangerine, grapefruit, apricot, and lemon. Fresh milk, mixture of honeys in reduction, and highest quality toffes.
